If something is broken

Write to us and tell us what you saw. The more precisely, the faster it is fixed.

  • What you did, and what happened instead. The command you ran, the screen you were on, and what you expected to see.
  • Your macOS version and the app version. Open the A status sheet to find the version.
  • The text of the error, if there was one — as text, not a photograph of a screen.

What to leave out

Keep your credentials, your API keys and your file paths out of any message. We never need them to help you, and an inbox is not a safe place for a secret. If a key has already gone out in a message, rotate it.
